Weld Records/Traveler/Piping Weld Records

Convert Quality documents from paper to web application. These documents include: Vessel Weld Records, Travelers, and Piping Weld Records. This project included implementing different levels of access based on the user accessing the program. User types include: Manufacturing users, Manufacturing Supervisors, Quality Control Inspectors, and Quality Assurance Admins. This project also included implementing multiple process flows based on the type of items being documented.

Good Catch

Implement a new safety reporting application. Safety requested that IT implement a new web application for users in the company to report potential safety risks they observe during their day to day operations. This concept and its implementation received a Missouri Association of Manufacturers (MAM) Safety Innovation of the Year award in 2024.

AutoDesk Drawing Markup

Integrate with AutoDesk APIs to create a web application where users on the manufacturing floor can lookup, and add markups to, a drawing from engineering streamlining communication between manufacturing and engineering.
